14. Place of Performance / Warranty Service
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the place of performance for warranty inspections, warranty claims, repairs, and other after-sales service shall be the business premises of CampoBravo E.A.S. in Hohenau, Department of Itapúa, Paraguay.
Customers are responsible for transporting the equipment to and from the designated service location unless CampoBravo E.A.S. expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
CampoBravo E.A.S. may, at its sole discretion, provide on-site inspections, repairs, maintenance, or technical assistance. The provision of such services shall not establish any continuing obligation to perform future warranty or service work at the customer’s location.
Transportation costs to and from the designated service location are not covered by the warranty unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
15. 24-Hour Telephone Support
CampoBravo E.A.S. offers a 24-hour telephone support service to provide technical assistance whenever reasonably possible.
While CampoBravo E.A.S. makes every reasonable effort to respond promptly, continuous availability, immediate response, or uninterrupted communication cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions due to technical issues, network failures, maintenance, force majeure, high call volumes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.
If a call cannot be answered immediately, customers are encouraged to leave a voicemail, send a WhatsApp message, or send an email. CampoBravo E.A.S. will make reasonable efforts to respond as soon as practicable.
